I use API but it does not show negotiated rates from Easyship
Multi-parcel rates - only one courier returned (BUG?)
Using the API docs for Rate Request (https://developers.easyship.com/reference/rates_request), I've noticed that if I add more than one parcel to the payload the response only returns one courier (UPS). If I have only one parcel, then I get many couriers returned in the response (CanPar, UPS, Canada Post, Purolator… etc).
Rates Api not sending UPS as a carrier option
Hi, for my API integration, when I send a node-fetch request to https://api.easyship.com/2023-01/rates I am not seeing UPS as a carrier option but on the "Get a Quote" tab of the dashboard, I can see UPS Ground listed with the lowest price being $12.23. The lowest on the api is "USPS - Ground Advantage" with "total_charge": 15.76.
Get Optimal Box Size
We sell millions of different parts. I know the part length, width, height, and weight. We want to set the box sizes before we place a shipment so we know what type of boxes we need to order from our supplier. What is the best way to calculate box size so we can store it and order boxes?
We are getting intermittent 502 (gateway timeout error) responses from Easyship API lately
With pretty noticeably regularity, we are not starting to receive 502 timeout errors from the easyship API with HTML bodies instead of JSON as follows. This is a familiar issue when a server is behind a gateway that is having issues. Are you folks aware of this issue and working on it?

Creating Shipment, Why can't destination_address.contact_phone be blank?
https://developers.easyship.com/reference/shipments_create clearly shows that the phone contact is not required for destination address but when creating a shipment in sandbox is can't be null or blank. I do not want to collect phone numbers of my customers just to ship to them. Why is it not consistent?

Error when generating label via shipment
